Marriage Mentoring is...
If you want one-on-one marriage mentoring/coaching, the Marriage Mentor program is for you!
It is designed to assess your relationship needs and offer practical solutions to the most pressing problems.
What Is The Healthy Marriage Mentoring Program?
The Marriage Mentor Program is one-on-one couple coaching and mentoring based on the relationship assessment by Prepare/Enrich.
Prepare/Enrich is an assessment tool many counselors use to help couples. It uses evidence-based skills and insights to foster healthy relationships. The mission is to equip marriage champions, couples, and families with evidence-based skills and insights to foster healthy relationships.
More than 5,000,000 couples have prepared for marriage or enriched their relationship through taking the Prepare/Enrich assessment and working with a Certified Facilitator.
Michelle (my wife) and I became certified Prepare/Enrich facilitators in 2018.
Prepare/Enrich is one of the most widely researched assessment tools. Professors and students at colleges and universities worldwide use the scales as a tool to conduct and evaluate their research. Prepare/Enrich continues to adapt and react to the changing reality of relationships through continued research and development of assessments and resources.
The assessment itself has been proven to improve relationship satisfaction; however there is something extraordinary about the relationship a Facilitator develops with a couple that truly helps the couple grow more than they would on their own.
You can find out more about them here.
What Is The Prepare/Enrich Assessment?
PREPARE/ENRICH is a user-friendly online tool designed for both married and unmarried couples who are looking to better understand and enhance their relationship.
At the start, the tool asks important questions to get a sense of the couple's relationship phase, unique circumstances, challenges they face, their beliefs, and personalities.
This way, it customizes its approach to highlight the couple's strong points and identify areas where improvements can lead to significant benefits.
Each partner fills out the questionnaire on their own, answering about two hundred questions.
As a PREPARE/ENRICH Facilitator, I use this tool to quickly identify what a couple needs., This allows me to understand the dynamics of your situation and customize a plan to help you improve your relationship.
Each couples receives a ten-page report, which includes graphs, charts, and diagrams. This visual report makes it easier for them to understand and work on their relationship issues.

This assessment was awesome. We learned new things about one another and we have become more patient and expressive with each other.
This was a great way to discuss topics I hadn't given much thought to before. Being aware feels great and gives me the opportunity to see my husband's point of view.
The assessment helps paint a picture of where the couple and family intersect and helps me guide the couple to live into a better vision of themselves.
